However, early and late check-ins are permitted, as are late check-outs, subject to availability.
Late check-ins between 8 p.m. and midnight incurs a charge of €25.
Late check-ins after midnight incur a charge of €35.

Late check-outs after 1 p.m. are not possible. In this case, another night must be booked.

Check-in after 8 p.m. will only be guaranteed if the fee is paid. Otherwise, you must arrive at the apartment no later than 8 p.m.

2. Cot Request
Cots are available upon request. However, requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival to allow for transport.

3. No Smoking

4. Linen and Towels
We provide everything, but please be careful. For each towel and piece of linen that is torn, stained andor missing, you will be charged €20.

5. Recycling.
We ask that you respect the recycling rules. Inside the flat, you will find several bins for sorting waste, along with instructions on how to sort it. You will find the communal bins in the courtyard.
Failure to comply with the recycling rules will result in a fine of €100.

6. Guest Portal andor Online Check-in
You will be asked to complete an online check-in to provide the necessary information and obtain instructions for accessing the flat. You will only be able to access the flat after completing the online check-in.
